Responsibility:
IT Field Support
* Providing administrative support for O365, G-Suite & SharePoint online support to the team
* On-boarding of new users. This includes providing technical assistance to new user provisioning, Active Directory and distribution list, mailbox, workstation setup, IP phone configuration and setup, file server access, PC laptop/desktop configuration and setup, trouble-shooting support relating to PC laptop/desktop operating system, applications, connectivity, printing services and video-conferencing.
* Exit process of users - deactivation of system access, return of IT equipment
* Maintenance of IT inventory issued to and returned by users
* Vendor management - Raise PO and Procurement of IT equipment
* Project Management - Able to manage small to medium IT projects for the group
IT Infrastructure Support
* This includes providing technical assistance to network services - LAN, internet connectivity, VC services, IP telephony and Wi-Fi services
* Active Directory, file server, backup services, print server, Citrix services, VPN facility.
* Cyber Security Solutions Delivery, Integration and SharePoint Management
* Active Directory, file server, backup services, print server, Citrix services, VPN facility.
* Work closely with vendors to build, integrate and deliver local solution/fix for assigned tasks to ensure high-quality delivery.
* Plan, design and implement IT disaster recovery plans that form a component of business continuity planning.
Requirement:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT solution delivery.
* Experience administrating day to day IT delivery in an office set-up with knowledge on best practice & security.
* O365 and G-Suite administration experience
* SharePoint online administration experience
* Problem Solving: Ability to analyse and resolve infrastructure resource and application deployment issues.
* Proficient in Tools such as MS Office, Google Tools
* Good Working Attitude
* Independent worker and able to problem solve
* Willing to work Start-up environment
