IT Resourcing Manager (Manpower)

This is a Global strategic role in a matrixed multinational company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible to implement a common process with tracking and reporting.

Will define and implement IT resource utilization structure and manage the staffing of technology professionals, this includes software developers, data analysts, and IT support staff (most of them located in China, India, Hong Kong and Singapore).
The Resourcing Manager will work closely with senior management to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage the hiring process and ensure that all new hires are properly onboarded.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a highly matrixed organization, ideally as Resourcing Manager handling a minimum of a few hundred staff
• Experience in working with project tracking tools
• Strong knowledge of the IT industry and current trends
