Job description

My client is a prominent global hedge fund firm and they are looking for a skilled and motivated Java developer. This role involves designing and improving key systems related to order processing and inventory optimization. As part of a global team, you will contribute to enhancing core platform capabilities and driving efficiency improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
  • Over 5 years of strong hands-on experience in server-side Java development, including proficiency in the Spring Boot framework
  • Understanding in DevOps to drive testing automation is a good to have
  • Prior experience working in financial industry is preferred
  • Experience in algo development and familiarity with the equities domain are advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
