Junior Market Research & Data Analyst

Job description

Our client is seeking a Junior Market Research & Data Analyst to support membership growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse membership, event, and engagement data to identify growth opportunities and under-served markets.

  • Build and maintain clear, interactive dashboards (e.g. Power BI).

  • Conduct desk research on potential new markets and support country prioritisation.

  • Analyse surveys, events, and campaigns, translating data into simple, visual insights.

  • Work cross-functionally with membership, events, and marketing teams; support ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; up to 2 years' experience.

  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets and BI dashboarding skills.

  • Comfortable with data cleaning, analysis, and presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Interest in using AI tools for research and analysis.

  • Curious, organised, and eager to learn in a small, agile team.
