Our client is a leading financial services institution with over 30 years of history and enjoys a strong global presence, with their APAC headquarters based in Singapore.

They are currently looking for a Lead Enterprise Architect to lead their Enterprise Architecture unit within the Group.
Reporting to the Head of IT, you will be accountable for developing the long-term architectural roadmap to establish the Architecture function and enhance architecture framework across the region, whilst aligning with other domain architects across areas such as Data, Applications, Infrastructure, IT Security etc. Not only will you own current state architecture and build future state architecture, you will also be required to work with the engineering team to design and build new capabilities & features on public cloud platforms. Last but not least, you will also lead a small team of Solutions Architects and be responsible for end-to-end architecture, high- & low-level designs of various systems and
applications in line with the Group strategy.

To qualify, you must have the following:

• Holds at least a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or other related fields of study
• Proven track record as an Enterprise Architect leader with over 15 years of working experience
• Strong experience in developing long term architectural roadmap and business strategy, and translating it into technology solutions, pertaining to public cloud adoption and migration
• Strong hands - on experience in both Cloud Engineering & SRE, ideally on Azure & GCP
• Strong hands - on experience in software development and end to end architecture across technologies such as PaaS/SaaS, Cloud Native solutions, Microservices, API, Web and Mobile applications etc.
• Strong knowledge and experience on Enterprise Integration & messaging patterns, SOA Governance practices
• Good understanding and knowledge of TOGAF framework. Certification in TOGAF is a plus
• Holding certifications in AWS, Microsoft Azure or GCP would be a plus
• Industry background in Insurance would be a plus
• Excellent communications skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and business leaders
