Lead UI/UX Designer

Our client is a leading AI Technology Provider with offices globally. Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a Lead UI/UX Designer to join their Singapore team.

Reporting to the Head of Design, you will be responsible for working closely with product, design and business stakeholders to implement all aspects of design process from strategy, execution and iteration to deliver best experience for customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelors' in User Experience, Interactive Media Design or related
• Minimum 5-7 years working in the field of UX design with experience in leading a design team
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Axure, Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe Creative Suite, etc)
• Knowledge of web-based technologies and their impact on the feasibility of design solutions
• Knowledge of front-end HTML and CSS for design validation
• Strong leadership qualities that enable you to lead cross-functional team discussion/ideation and influence stakeholders through clear justification of design rationale
• Strong sense of independence, ownership, and initiative with amicable interpersonal and communication skills
