Job description

A growing FinTech Firm is hiring a Legal Counsel to join their team in Singapore.

This role will involve conducting due diligence, negotiation of contracts and drafting contracts and agreements. As this has regional remit, many of the stakeholders the incumbent will interact with will be in China. He/she will work closely with compliance teams and spearhead the team in Singapore.

The successful candidate must have the following:

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in a similar role, in a FinTech of Technology firm
  • Well versed with latest technology solutions and ability to draft contracts for banking/technology clients
  • Knowledge of Singapore Financial advisory laws
  • Prior experience interacting with MAS
  • Ability to converse in mandarin to interact with key stakeholders in China
  • Team player, who can thrive in a flat structure
