Legal Counsel (Secondary Market)

Job description

A FI holding a CMS license is looking for a Legal Counsel for its Singapore office. A sole contributor, the role will manage end to end all legal matters for the Singapore office and report in to Hong Kong.

The successful candidate must have the following:

Singapore qualified lawyer, with 4-10 years of working experience
Strong understanding of securities as well as the relevant legal obligations and documentations
Ability to create an appreciation of legal and compliance obligations within the office
Excellent command of English
Independent and positive attitude
