Our client is one of the world's market leaders in life insurance with a global presence across all continents. They are currently recruiting for a Life Claim Assistant Manager for their Singapore office.
Reporting directly to the Claims Manager, you will be required to perform the day to day claims operation duties, support in all claims cycle (claims support and reporting, UAT testing, compiling with regulatory and risk management controls, and identifying process improvement with IT). You will also mentor and provide training to both claims executives and intermedaries and customers on claims processes and policies.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Degree holder
- Insurance qualifications preferred
- Solid experience in claim assessment in life insurance products (traditional life, private medical, shield, investment linked)
- Strong knowledge of the regulatory features of life insurance products in Singapore
- Good at customer service and handling complaints
- Good management skills (project management and line management)
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Both strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in Singapore preferred
