Linux Administrator/ SRE

My client is a top quantitative trading firm with a results-driven culture. They are looking for a capable site reliability engineer to safeguard their innovative services and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• • You are to oversee and secure the continuous operation of the firm's Linux-based trading infrastructure, ensuring high availability.
  • You will also provide second-level support, such as rapid responses to emergencies, rotational on-call shifts, implementing scheduled updates, and in-depth analysis of performance issues.
  • You will work with the Trading and Core Engineering team.

Key Requirements:

• • Strong expertise in Linux production environments and the operating system principles.
  • Familiarity with automation and monitoring toolsets.
  • Experience in cloud services and architectural solutions, including essential Core services such as DHCP, LDAP, DNS, hosted data centers, as well as public clouds.
  • Proven ability to design, build, and troubleshoot complex systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal communication.
  • Experience in High Frequency Trading, Quantitative Finance, or low latency environments is a plus.
