Role Overview

We're looking for a Listing Operations Lead (or Specialist) to manage the full lifecycle of new spot token listings. You'll oversee pre-launch planning, go-to-market execution, and post-launch performance-playing a key role in the spot trading growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end operations for new spot asset listings, ensuring smooth coordination and on-time execution.
  • Analyze market trends and sector momentum to identify and prioritize high-potential tokens and narratives.
  • Plan and execute go-live campaigns and post-launch promotions, taking full ownership of user engagement and performance metrics.
  • Act as the main liaison with external project teams during the listing process, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations at a top-tier or mid-tier crypto exchange.
  • Strong understanding of the spot trading ecosystem and market cycles.
  • Solid grasp of community-driven trends, token fundamentals, and listing best practices.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, capable of working fluidly in global teams and external partner communications.
  • Strong data literacy - able to interpret and act on performance metrics, user data, and market signals.

Nice to Have

  • Experience launching token listing campaigns or liquidity-focused events.
  • Background in token evaluation or crypto project due diligence.
  • Familiarity with both CEX and DEX listing ecosystems.
