Lithography Process Engineer - Advanced Packaging

Role Overview

Seeking a senior lithography process engineer to lead unit module development for 300mm advanced packaging. This role drives process development, milestone tracking, and cross-functional alignment from setup to mass production readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead lithography UMD engineers to develop and qualify processes
  
• Monitor and report project milestones to ensure timely delivery
  
• Work with equipment and integration teams to improve process robustness and cost-efficiency
  
• Troubleshoot setup issues and define new process requirements
  
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams for smooth engagement
  
• Conduct process knowledge transfer and training sessions
  
• Support section manager responsibilities when needed
  

Ideal Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, or related field
  
• Over 10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in advanced packaging
  
• Strong background in lithography or related packaging process areas
  
• Proven leadership in project execution and cross-team collaboration
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across cultures
