My client is a leading firm within the Cryptocurrency ecosystem. Due to continued growth globally, they are expanding their Portfolio Management team.

This team functions as a Corporate Development & Strategy team, the incumbent would be responsible to align with the companies strategy and target M&A deals for inorganic growth; managing transactions as well as the subsequent integrations & exits.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• 5+ years' of relevant experience
• Experience within M&A, Private Equity or Consulting
• Knowledge of the Crypto industry is a plus
• A bachelors' degree in any discipline
• Strong stakeholder management
• Good multitasking skills
• Good communication skills required for this role
