[Machinery] Service Engineering Manager

Role Overview

This role oversees technical service operations, dealer support, and quality improvement initiatives. It ensures effective troubleshooting, training, and customer satisfaction through strong communication and problem-solving skills.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage DMS operations and audit claims
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot failures
• Recommend and verify spare parts
• Deliver service system and technical training to dealers
• Monitor and analyze service data
• Improve dealer aftersales capabilities
• Visit key customers and collect feedback
• Support dealer communication and issue resolution

🔹 Ideal Requirements

• Qualified degree in Mechanical engineering or related fields
• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English or Korean
• Experience with electric loader troubleshooting
• Minimum 5 years in relevant industry
• Independent, flexible problem-solver with strong technical background
