Our client is an European based company, in the Technology & Services business. Well known for their large array of brands and products they represent, they have a long standing history of success globally. They are now recruiting a Manager, Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) to be a part of their continual success in the APAC market.

You will be fully responsible for CIP including organization & preparation of Workshops and Trainings. Develop standards, database and document structure for CIP workshops, trainings, projects. Track and follow up on ongoing improvement activities & manage the local CIP Community for internal social media, moderation pool tracking. Prepare presentations & reporting material for Conferences


  • Min Bachelor of Management, Business Administration, Event/Media Management, Economics or related
  • Experience in CIP, Lean Manufacturing, conducting of workshops, Process Management
  • You are an organizational talent and enjoy working autonomously in a diversified and multicultural team and have an open minded personality
  • Broad range of capabilities - strong problem solving skills, ability to summarize an overview and at the same time paying attention to details
  • Customer orientation - quality service to all CIP customers, willingness to go that extra mile
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changes well
  • You are expert with MS Office (especially Power Point & Excel)
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
