Manager, Fund Accounting (PE)

The role involves leading and managing projects focused on process improvements, financial modeling, and system implementations, while also overseeing the launch of new funds. Key responsibilities include reviewing capital account statements, capital call and distribution notices, and financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance. The role also requires preparing investor reports, developing or reviewing complex financial models such as waterfall and equalization models, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining strong client relationships through cross-functional collaboration.

To qualify, candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, with a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) or CPA designation considered an asset. A minimum of six years of experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting is required, along with deep knowledge of fund operations, structures, and accounting standards such as IFRS. Additional experience with Hedge Funds or Family Offices is advantageous. Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills, along with a proactive, team-oriented mindset and ambition for career growth, are essential for success in this role.
