Job Title: Senior Associate - Construction (Non-Contentious)

About the role:

A top-tier international law firm is looking to hire a Senior Associate to join its high-performing Projects team in Singapore. The role is focused on non-contentious construction work, supporting large-scale energy and infrastructure projects across APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on front-end construction matters, including the drafting and negotiation of related project agreements
• Act for a wide range of clients including sponsors, investors, lenders, and government-linked entities on major cross-border projects.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across banking, corporate, and project finance teams on the development and financing of infrastructure and energy assets
• Provide guidance to junior lawyers and contribute to client development and thought leadership initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Commonwealth qualified lawyer with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience (UK scale) gained in a top-tier international law firm
• Strong technical grounding in non-contentious construction law
• Demonstrated exposure to major energy and infrastructure projects
• Commercial acumen, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-border team.
