Our client, a leading European Bank, is looking to hire a Margin Ops, AVP to act as First Level of Governance to oversee the Run-The Bank (RTB) activities as well as to have close partnership with India teams. Further, you will support Business Advisory activities and actively participate in NPA/NTA discussions with Business and relevant stakeholders to enable business growth opportunities for the Bank.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in onshore and offshore setup
  • Collateral experience with Governance oversight
  • Good communication skills with front office, middle office, risk, to implement margin mechanism
  • Positive mindset, willing to learn, keen ability to look at process from onshore perspective and how it impact the business
