Market Risk Manager

Job description

A global cryptocurrency exchange is rapidly scaling their teams, and is recruiting for a Market Risk Manager.

This is a newly created headcount, and there is flexibility in remote working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor market risk, improve risk models and risk management framework
  • Perform backtesting and implement risk management policies

The successful candidate must have the following:

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in exchanges or securities/ banks/ financial services industry
  • Experienced in data modelling, data analysis
  • CFA or FRM certified would be an added advantage
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Python/ SQL
  • Exposure to securities, derivatives trading or cryptocurrency
