Marketing Manager

My client is a leading provider of health and wellness products with the mission to empower individuals to live healthier and happier lives, and they are looking to hire a Marketing Manager to join them in their Singapore office. In this role you would be supporting regional marketing campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, retail marketing, branding, and consumer electronics industry experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth across the Singapore market and APAC/Global region.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the Singapore market and Southeast Asia region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing plans that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website content, email marketing, social media campaigns, and online advertising, with a focus on localizing content and targeting.
  • Oversee retail marketing programs, including point-of-sale materials, in-store promotions, and merchandising strategies, working closely with retail partners.
  • Lead branding efforts to ensure consistent messaging, brand positioning, and visual identity across all channels, while considering cultural sensitivities and preferences.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance in the Singapore and APAC/Global markets.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including ROI, sales performance, website traffic, and customer engagement, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovations in marketing technology and consumer electronics, and adapt strategies.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing, retail marketing, and branding, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
  • Strong history of successfully executing marketing campaigns and initiatives in the Singapore and APAC/Global markets.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to develop innovative marketing solutions and drive business results in diverse cultural contexts.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
