Job description

Our client is a prominent legal firm with global presence, and one of the leading players in the industry. They are widely known for their expertise in providing legal services to businesses and organisations worldwide.

They are actively seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Engineer to join their organization. In this role, your responsibilities will encompass supporting and maintaining the firm's Microsoft Teams and SharePoint services. You will also be providing Level 3 support and troubleshooting all escalations/issues relating to SharePoint applications and Microsoft Teams telephony.

To qualify, you must have the following:

  • At least 7 - 10 years of experience with 2 - 3 years of Level 3 SharePoint and MS Teams support experience
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting SharePoint on-prem/cloud/hybrid and MS Teams (including MS Teams Telephony)
  • Experience in load balancing, TCP/IP, and basic networking
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and management globally
