Middle Office Analyst

Our client is a specialized financial arm of an MNC, managing the company's global financial services and operations.

As a Middle Office Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the internal stakeholders with technical and functional support. Responsibilities include managing projects with IT and Developers to evolve the Payment Factory, creating Dynamic Reports on Spotfire and Crystal Report to provide a clear and comprehensive view of client activities and meet client/internal needs, as well as leading digital initiatives using AI and RPA.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent
• 3-7 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the financial or banking sector
• Ability to analyze complex data and produce clear and relevant reports.
• Proficient in Spotfire (or other Business Intelligence tools), UIPath (or other RPA tools), and the Office 365 suite (especially Power Apps)
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies (OpenAI)
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in French is a bonus to communicate with stakeholders in head office, Switzerland
