MLRO / FCC Lead

Job description

A European bank is currently looking for a MLRO and FCC Lead to join its team. Working with the Regional Head and the Country Head of Compliance, the individual will lead a team and manage the bank's FCC risks.

The successful candidate must have the following:

9-13 years' experience in compliance roles, including in AML/CFT, Fraud, ABC, Sanctions
Strong ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, include relevant regulators
Excellent communication skills, and able to work independently
