The role involves creating a comprehensive framework to evaluate medical service providers, assess their value delivery, integration methods, and funding models. This includes analyzing performance metrics of network providers and providing insights to Local Business Units. Additionally, it entails establishing protocols to negotiate fees and discounts with providers, setting criteria for partnership selection, and conducting clinical assessments to evaluate partners' appeal and long-term viability. Furthermore, the position encompasses building a network of preferred providers, managing costs, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Moreover, it involves developing frameworks for evaluating provider performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and optimizing healthcare delivery, while also assisting in improving their pharmaceutical benefits management capabilities.
