NOC Enigneer

Role Summary
We are seeking a Network Operations & Customer Connectivity Engineer to support global electronic trading connectivity. This role focuses on customer onboarding, real-time monitoring, incident response, and automation within a low-latency, high-availability network environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineer, provision, and certify customer network connectivity across global data centers
• Configure and support edge routing and customer-facing network infrastructure
• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams; manage NOC tickets and hotline
• Monitor global trading connectivity and respond to network incidents in real time
• Serve as an escalation point for complex network, market data, and latency issues
• Perform packet analysis and root cause investigation using Corvil or similar tools
• Build and maintain network automations using Python, APIs, and AI-assisted tooling

Key Requirements

• 4+ years of network engineering experience (Cisco/Arista)
• Strong knowledge of BGP and OSPF
• Experience with AWS cloud networking and UNIX/Linux environments
• Hands-on experience with packet capture and analysis tools
• Exposure to network automation, monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana), and API-based workflows
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant networking or cloud certifications a plus
