Job description:

  • Oversee and organize daily office operations
  • Provide executive assistance for key leaders of the project
  • Help coordinate meetings and communication between the project team and internal stakeholders
  • Help our team navigate and get accustomed to Indonesia culture and ways of doing business
  • Coordinate and organize company event from time to time
  • Provide a range of other administrative support (e.g., travel scheduling, file organization, expense report submission, etc)
  • Perform reception duties, including greet guests, handling phone enquiries, managing meetings, courier services and provide basic IT support for meeting set-up

Job qualification

  • 5+ years working experience, 3+ years' experience in any relevant fields such as executive assistant, event coordinator or community manager, etc
  • Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Ability to speak mandarin is a huge plus
  • Jakarta locals preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with his/her colleagues and various stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and the ability to learn new applications/tools applications
