Our client is a US-based database technology company providing research and blockchain database to the world's biggest financial institutions. The company is currently expanding and are looking for an Office Administrator for their Singapore office.

You would be working very closely with the APAC Managers to coordinate meetings, manage calendars, travel arrangements, maintain filing system, manage all suppliers and vendors and office logistics and IT as well.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • 3+ years' relevant experience in administrative activities
  • Excellent organizational and time- management skills
  • Familiarity with basic IT equipment
  • Familiarity with online travel booking system, calendar systems, and procurement practices
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in regional languages such as Malay, Bahasa, Hindi etc. would be an asset
