We are working with a start-up Fintech company that offers a new way to pay various types of expenses. The company was founded last 2015 by local investors and is part of a SG Fintech accelerator supported by UOB. With the expansion of the company they are now looking for an OPERATIONS MANAGER with operational experience to join their team.
Below are some of the information regarding the position that I am sourcing for:
- Administrative Operations
- First point of contact for all administrative and executive assistant duties.
- Support with planning and execution of company events including the company clients.
- On-boarding process of new hires ( end-to-end) process.
- Office Management
- Payment Operations
- Manage KYC checks on Client users
- Bank and payment reconciliation - daily
- Processing of payments for suppliers
- 3-5 years' experience
- Detail oriented
- MS office savvy
