Our client is an aggressively growing Fintech company that offers a new and simple way to pay all your big monthly expenses.

Due to expansion, they are now looking for an experienced office manager with operational experience to support the Singapore office, enabling the team to work efficiently and ensure that the daily operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities:


Administrative operations:

  • First point of contact for all administrative and executive assistant duties.
  • Support with planning and execution of company events including those for customers.
  • Lead the on-boarding process for new hires.
  • General office management

Payment Operations:

  • Ensure payments are reconciled daily with 100% accuracy.
  • Process daily payment files so that funds are transferred seamless to suppliers.
  • Support daily payment processing, working in line with internal risk
  • policies and procedures.

Competencies:

  • 3+ years' experience in a fast-paced tech company environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to work on multiple projects and tasks concurrently
  • Self starter
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication skills and personal qualities of integrity, credibility and quality.
  • Flexible and able to multi-task; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions.
