An aggressively growing Insurance firm based in Singapore is seeking an Office Manager cum Executive Assistant to support a busy team. This is an opportunity to work with a stellar team on the daily function.
General office administration duties are expected to be carried out, which would include dealing with incoming email; general filing; liaising with building management; on-boarding; maintenance of office, pantry supplies, vendor management. Above all, you should be a strong team player with an excellent telephone manner and a customer service approach to supporting both our internal teams and our customers.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Education level - Diploma & above
- Excellent communication skills. You must be fluent in English and Mandarin
- Ability to take initiatives and think out of the box
- Experience of administration in either office, sales or customer service within financial services would be preferred
- Extensive office management/secretarial experience
- Very well organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and be a strong team player
- Confident in your ability to make telephone calls to represent the company
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
