Our client is a leading Global Law Firm headquartered in the UK. They are currently looking for an experienced Office Services Coordinator to join their Singapore office.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you would be expected to deliver excellent service for all Office Services matters. You would be responsible for managing building maintenance services, maintain all Health & Safety requirements, office equipment, cleaning contracts, storage, filing and monitoring the reception. As an Office Services Coordinator, you would also be managing two administrative assistants.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Extensive experience in Office services/Office management/Customer services functions
- Background in Professional services would be an advantage but not a must
- Ability to work at speed and balance a wide range of activities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High level of IT literacy
- Supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
