Operation Manager - Semicon Manufacturing

Job description

Role Overview:
Oversee semiconductor fab operations, leading teams to meet production, quality, and cost targets. Drive factory setup, ramp-up, and coordination with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and organize teams to achieve capacity, yield, and cost objectives.

  • Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Establish reporting systems and monitor abnormal events to reduce defect rates.

  • Support full cycle of fab setup and ramp-up activities.

Ideal Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in microelectronics, electronics, materials science, physics, chemistry, industrial engineering, or related fields (Master's preferred).

  • 5+ years in semiconductor manufacturing with 2+ years in factory management.

  • Proven experience in fab setup and ramp-up.
