Operational Risk Associate

A growing fintech firm is looking for an Operational Risk Associate to join their team in Singapore. You will have the exciting opportunity to help set up risk framework for the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review operational risk events and challenge on the adequacy of risk responses and action plans
• Assist in enhancing the overall risk management framework, including new product approval, fraud management
• Prepare training materials for operational risk topics
• Convert risk ideas into presentations for the senior management
• Support the group in aligning risk policies and frameworks

Key Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years' operational risk experience in banks
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of cybersecurity or data privacy would be advantageous
