Operational Risk VP

Job description

A leading global bank is looking to hire an Operational Risk manager (VP level).

As part of the regional Operational Risk team, the candidate will be tasked to lead junior members in performing control testing, identifying control gaps and proposing recommendations for the remediation of control weaknesses across the bank's Corporate and Institutional Banking business regionally.

The successful candidate must have the following:

  • 10+ years of experience in Operational Risk / Audit
  • Experience within Corporate and Institutional Banking
  • Good understanding of KYC, AML, Credit control processes
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Good team management skills
  • Adaptable team player
