Operations Change Management Specialist

Our client, a global financial services firm, is hiring for their Business Operations team to support the Business Operations and Benchmarks Supervisory Manager in driving operational excellence. The scope involves implementing efficient change management solutions and ensuring compliance with global benchmark regulations. Additional responsibilities include:

• Propose improvements through testing and building Business Process Management (BPM) tools
• Provide operational support and monitor benchmark products and processes
• Develop operational processes and implement automation where appropriate
• Test and validate operational processes in test and live environments
• Document processes and ensure relevant sign-offs

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years experience in change management and operations support
• Strong experience in Business Process Management
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Willing to work on shifts
