Job description

Our client is a prominent telecommunication services firm and are widely known for their comprehensive suite of technologies.

They are actively seeking a skilled Operations Engineer to join their organization. In this role, you will be involved in the monitoring of RAN systems as well as troubleshooting and resolving all faults. You will report directly to the Team Lead, ensuring effective communication.

To qualify, you must have the following:

• At least 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience in RAN systems, network/radio operations
• Experience in operational/mobile field troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience in remote monitoring, tracking, and escalation
• Experience in 5G networks is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders
