Operations VP

Our client, a brokerage firm, is hiring for a VP to supervise and lead their Back Office Operations team. Responsibilities include oversight of end-to-end settlement process, as well as leading projects for back office system enhancements. Our ideal candidate has at least 7 years of relevant experience in a securities firm, preferably in clearing and execution for LFX and Futures. Experience in managing a team, excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure is a must as this role will be required to lead a team and projects.
