Paid Marketing Specialist, Cryptocurrency Exchange

A global cryptocurrency exchange is expanding aggressively in Singapore and are hiring for a Paid Marketing Specialist covering APAC.

The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

• Own the execution of our social and display advertising activity across the APAC region.
• Research and liaise with ads agencies and ads platforms
• Use a data-driven approach to help identify and execute customer funnels
• Executing data-driven marketing projects with internal and external partners on a local level with a focus on activating both new and loyal customers to increase traffic and selling.
• Taking ownership in integrated planning and executing offline marketing campaigns with strong growth mindsets, ROI rationales, and performance tracking metrics.
• Optimise campaigns to maximise performance across the full consumer funnel, driving awareness, consideration and acquisition

The successful candidate must have the following:

• 3 - 7 years of experience in a similar role from creative agency, or financial services
• Experience with both social and display advertising
• Strong with Google Analytics
• Experience managing budgets successfully
• Experienced stakeholder management, with proven track record of influencing and driving positive change
• Deadline oriented and able to reprioritize to hit goals
