Palm Oil Execution Manager

Our client, a leading global commodity trading firm, is hiring for a Team Manager to oversee the Edible Oils Desk Execution Team in Singapore. This role will lead a growing team of Operators in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the efficient and compliant execution of edible oil trading contracts across global markets. Reporting to senior management, the role involves A to Z execution and close collaboration with traders, chartering, logistics, and finance teams while driving process improvements and fostering a high-performance team culture.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 10+ years of experience in A-Z commodity operations, from FOB to CNF, preferably in edible oils or soft commodities
• Proven track record of managing and mentoring execution teams (5-8 years in a leadership capacity)
• Strong knowledge of international trade, incoterms, shipping documentation, and L/C processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Able to thrive under pressure, resolve conflicts, and manage multiple priorities
