Paralegal

A reputable energy company is looking for a Paralegal to join their team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support to the team
• Document negotiation
• Contribute to their digitalisation efforts on contract management
• Perform legal compliance and due diligence searches
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and authorities on corporate secretarial matters
• Ensure compliance with the firm's global policies

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Law
• At least 2-5 years' relevant experience in a law firm or MNC environment, preferably from energy or commodity industry
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
