Paralegal

Our client is a leading asset management firm. They are hiring a Paralegal to join their legal team in Singapore.

Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will support the team in drafting, reviewing and negotiation of contracts, agreements and fund offering documentation. You will attend to legal queries from business units while maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external counsel.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Law
• 2-4 years' relevant experience in a law firm or business setting
• Good team player and meticulous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Candidate who require work pass need not apply
