PAYROLL SPECIALIST, HUMAN RESOURCE

Our client is one of the established companies within the real estate sector. They are currently on the lookout for a detail-oriented and vibrant Payroll Specialist to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will be working closely with payroll vendors within the APAC region to ensure that all the payroll processing and benefits administration are timely and accurate.
  • You will ensure that all employee records in the internal database is well maintained and updated.
  • You will ensure that all statutory contributions, annual tax fillings, insurance coverage are of compliance
  • You will work closely with the finance team to ensure that all payroll related matters are timely and accurate for internal and external audit checks.
  • You will support the compensation and benefits team with payroll and budgeting matters
  • You will assist in reviewing analyzing and preparing statistics reports with relation to payroll, headcount, attrition, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource or related discipline.
  • At least 3 years' of relevant experience in payroll
  • Regional payroll experience will be a plus.
  • Strong knowledge with local employment legislations.
  • Self-driven with strong analytical skills with attention for details.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
