Our client is an established FMCG MNC

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of payroll and benefits administration for employees such as monthly payroll processing, NS, maternity and childcare claim, leave update, CPF submission, yearly tax returns and insurance coverage (500 Headcounts)
  • Ensure the wide variety of payroll information, files and records via written and electronic formats are up-to-date.
  • Work closely with Finance department to monitor cost against budget and signal any discrepancies.
  • Implement and administer compensation programs.
  • Assists in the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local practices and regulations.
  • Drive HR initiatives including and assist in any ad-hoc HR projects as and when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma and above
  • Experience of processing 500 headcounts
  • At least 2 -5 years of HR Payroll and compensation & benefits experience preferred
  • Singapore payroll knowledge is mandatory
  • Strong communication skills - both internal and client facing

Salary up to $3500 (Depending on experiences and qualifications)
