Permanent HR Advisor | CBD | up to $ 6500

Job description

  • HR ops duties including employee lifecycle management & contracts administration
  • Min 3-5 years' experience in HR Operation
  • Experience within financial industry/ MNC is highly preferred
  • Permanent Headcount / CBD area
  • Up to $ 6500 + Variable Bonus



Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling employee life-cycle management (excluding talent acquisition & payroll).
  • Contracts administration in dealing with employment contracts and work pass applications.
  • Act as a point of contact to assist employees with day-to-day benefits, HR systems and general inquires
  • Support employee on-boarding including background checks and processing new hire paperwork
  • Conduct new hire orientation for new joiners
  • Ensure prompt and accurate benefits enrolment/submission to Benefits Provider.
  • Continuously review current processes and ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain and ensure data accuracy for the HR databases
  • File employee paperwork and general administrative support to the HR function as needed
  • Ad hoc projects and requests to support employee engagement activities as needed



Job Requirements:


  • Min Bachelor Degree
  • Min 3-5 years of direct experience in HR Operations
  • Investment / Financial industrial experience is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal qualities
  • Ability in multitasking and adapt to fast paced environment
