Job description
- Partner with business leaders to drive and develop L&D related programmes
- Basic Salary up to $ 9,000
- Permanent Role / CBD
- Min 5-8 years of Learning & Development related experience
- Experience working in Insurance / Financial industry is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and drive the Learning and Development roadmap which include organizing various type of L&D framework and programmes across multiple platforms to develop/ upskill our people to meet the organization's objectives in line with the people development agenda
- Partner the business to identify and deliver appropriate learning interventions that are contextualized to profiles, preferences and needs
- Conceptualize & drive initiatives across multiple platforms with a special focus on new learning solutions to strengthen employee engagement and develop a culture of Continuous Learning
- Facilitate corporate L&D programmes with a special focus on developing our pool of existing employees and continually refine the learning approach based on analysis of L&D metrics to ensure fit for purpose
- Assess professional competencies present within the organization to support a pipeline of talent equipped with the critical skills needed to support the business strategy
- Support the Learning Lead to identify and implement appropriate development interventions that underpin the enterprise strategic workforce plan
- Develop structured talent development plans and recommend appropriate development interventions aligned with the organization's competency development and staff's professional development needs
- Collaborate and partner with government agencies to drive programs and initiatives within the organisation
Job Requirements:
Min 5-8 years of experience in Learning & Development area
Experience working in Insurance / Financial industry is a plus
Exceptional interpersonal skills and vendor management experience in influencing stakeholders
Strong organizational skills in project management
Innovative and proactiveness to drive for new initiative
