Permanent - Payroll & Benefits Specialist | up to $ 5500

• Provide support in reviewing and executing benefits & payroll administration
• Min 3 years of payroll processing experience within the financial industry
• Act as the reviewer and the point of contact while liaising with vendor
• Permanent Headcount / CBD Area
• Up to $ 5,500

Job Responsibilities:

• Mainly covering payroll & benefits administration including but not limited to staff benefit processing, medical enrolment, share plan processing.
• Act as the Reviewer and main liaison point with the payroll vendor
• Provide support on relocation activities including work pass applications.
• Support the efficient and high quality execution of payroll processing.
• Handle CPF processing, income tax reporting, NS claims, government paid leave matters.
• Attend to benefits and payroll specific staff inquiries with a customer service mindset.

Job Requirements:

Min Diploma/ Degree qualification in any field of duty

Min 3-5 years of experience within the payroll function

Experience in Financial industry/ MNC is preferred!

Comfortable with fast paced environment

Excellent interpersonal skills with high level of prioritization skills
