PLM & MES Manager

About the Company:
My client is a global top player in the apparel manufacturing space with strong presence internationally. They are now looking for a capable PLM & MES manager to join their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the full lifecycle of PLM and MES system rollouts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders such as business teams, IT, engineering, operations, and quality to align project goals and execution strategies.
  • Lead the architecture and setup of PLM/MES systems, including researching technologies, selecting tools, and overseeing testing phases. Along with managing all aspects of system deployment such as user training, data migration, and go-live support.


Key Requirements:

  • A degree in Information Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • At least 7-10 years of hands-on experience managing PLM and MES implementation projects - experience with SAP would be a plus.
  • Solid understanding of textile or fabric production processes.
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese (Mandarin); knowledge of Vietnamese is a bonus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis.
