Policy Servicing Operations Manager

Our client, an Insurance company, is hiring for a Policy Servicing Operations Manager to supporting policy servicing for global markets and HNW clients. Key responsibilities include preparing policy reviews, managing insurer statements, coordinating payments, and identifying process improvements. This position offers a dynamic environment and the opportunity to work with a global network of private banks and financial institutions.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Policy Admin and/or after sales service from Insurance or Banking
• Strong organizational skills
• Fluency in English and Chinese is required to liase with external stakeholders in China
• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree or equivalent, any field
