My client is a leading global asset manager. They are setting up a new fund within their Equities division with a focus on Growth Equity Opportunities across Global Emerging markets. Hence, are looking for experienced and high performing individuals to join their team.

The role looks at conducting in-depth equity research and industry analysis for global emerging markets (e.g. China, India, SEA, Russia, LatAm, etc.) with a focus on finding growth stage investment candidates across any industry. The candidate will contribute to portfolio allocation & construction and will participate in dynamic stock position discussions with the broader team.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • 8+ years' of working experience within Portfolio Management/Equity Research
  • Experience across various industries ideally across emerging markets
  • Strong 3+ year investment performance track record
  • A bachelors' degree in a related discipline, Masters' Degree or a MBA is a plus
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Good multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills required for this role
