Portfolio Sales Manager (Business Banking)

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage existing portfolio clients to cross-sell products including acquisition of Operating Accounts & Deposits, Wealth Solutions referrals (Bancassurance, Foreign Exchange, Investments), Straight2Bank sign-ups and activation, and referrals of loans products (including Business Instalment Loans, Business Property Loans)
  • Actively participate in relevant Sales campaigns for client engagements
  • Assist in the periodic reviews of accounts where necessary.
  • Support your colleagues to jointly strive to grow the business to outperform as a team.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Experience in Tele-Sales
  • Experience in Business Banking
  • Self-driven, self-motivated, and a pro-active approach toward resolving issues.
  • Responsive, contactable, and accountable to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Team player ready to grow business, and ready to cover team members' duties as necessary.
